Koshine reserves the right to withhold or deny commission payments for any orders deemed fraudulent, abusive, or generated through improper means, including but not limited to attempts to manipulate or exploit the affiliate program.
This includes, but is not limited to, creating, displaying, or promoting custom discount codes where no actual discount or approved promotion exists; disguising self-created codes as official Koshine discount codes; or using official campaign names, official promotion names, or any wording that may mislead customers into believing that a code, offer, or promotion is issued, authorized, or endorsed by Koshine.
Promoting official Koshine campaigns, sales, or discounts through legitimate affiliate marketing channels is permitted, provided that the promotion is clearly presented as affiliate marketing, partner promotion, or a similar non-official-channel disclosure, and does not mislead customers into believing they are interacting with an official Koshine channel. Koshine strictly prohibits and actively combats any marketing conduct intended to deceive consumers.
If Koshine discovers any such conduct, Koshine may take action without prior notice, including but not limited to commission denial, payout withholding, account suspension, or termination from the affiliate program.
